We had the bad experience that instead of a delivery service, which we choose all the time since 4 years, suddenly it showed as “to pick up”, did not realise when doing the booking because it looked all the same. After waiting like 20 mins, we called the restaurant which basically is sorry but cannot do anything not even delivering the food (3km away) and the restaurant only sees that it can only be the problem of the customer….as said after 4 years of ordering with delivery, we don’t know how to order, the situation is not disappointing enough the staff has to make you feel your are an idiot . I hope the restaurant responded to my request to offer food to people in need.

Speed was good, delivery was ok. But the pizza this time was below your normal standards. The dough on edges was burnt black, the center was too thin and very dry, the Veggie Pizza looked very different to the lovely picture on website. Very disappointed. The Spicy Honey was only slightly better than the Veggie Pizza. This was a repeat order, normally we order from Den Haag City Centre outlet, this time we ordered from Denneweg store.

Pizza was nog niet gaar aan de binnenkant, verbrand aan de buitenkant.

Altijd zalig. De beste van DH.
Wij missen alleen heel erg de bizar lekkere chocolade pizza om het feestje af te toppen. Pleeaaasssee terug op de kaart??
